Yes, Mental Health Matters!
Eating, exercising, utilizing stress-reducing techniques and socializing can have a positive effect on your physical, mental and overall health.
Consider these 4 things to live longer and live better.
Eating a healthy balanced diet and staying hydrated are essential for good physical and mental health. Add more fruit and vegetables to your diet.
Exercise isn't just good for your body, it's great for your mental health. Whatever your age, health limitations, or fitness levels, you can find ways to be more active. Even small steps can add up to more energy, less stress, and better mood.
Doing basic mindfulness meditation involves sitting in silence and focusing on your breathing, while allowing your thoughts to come and go
Arrange nights out with friends or family: bowling, playing pool, miniature golf, or singing karaoke. Laughter is known to be the best medicine and it can make you feel good even after the laughter has subsided.

Research Shows That Exposure To Different Smells May Help Boost Memory!
A new study suggests that being exposed to different smells could help improve learning and memory, and that our sense of smell declines as we age, leading to a decrease in memory. The results of the study, published in the journal Frontiers in Neuroscience, showed a 226% improvement in a learning and memory test among those who slept with a strong nightly scent compared with those that diffused distilled water every night. Another study found that intensive smell therapy twice daily could help improve memory and attention in those with moderate dementia. These studies suggest that odors play an important role in learning and keeping the memory centers of your brain in good condition throughout life and perhaps prevent memory loss older in life.
Which one of these scents is your favorite— rose, orange, eucalyptus, lemon, peppermint, rosemary, or lavender?
